Yes, you’ve guessed it! I’m 17, but it’s not something that i should rejoice about. I’m still waiting for the day i turn 18, the legal age. I guess, after i reach 18, i would then want to go back in time to be 16 again. ): Time is really passing so quickly. Everyone is getting older each year.

This year’s birthday was fun-filled with many unexpected surprises, i must say. I really enjoyed myself for the whole of today. Definitely one of my best birthday i have ever had.

First, i want to thank the many people that have wished me ‘Happy Birthday’, be it through messages, calls, MSN, or even face-to-face. I really appreciated that you guys remembered. Oh, and also i want to thank the many people that have given me presents, be it sharing it with someone, or having to fork out your own money.

My first surprise was by my orientation group, 25. They’re a wonderful bunch, and i would like to thank all of them, Aida, Rina, Rauf, Sulaiman, Amirah, Narisah, Joanna, Xidi, Harith, Fizah, Ain and Sha. (: They embarrassed me in front of so many people in the canteen, i would definitely remember. I was having cheng teng for my break that afternoon, after they had their lunch and all, Xidi came out behind me together with Shahiira, and they all sang the birthday song aloud for me, as though i was deaf. And everyone in the canteen starting singing along, and clapped. Ha, thanks guys, really appreciated that alot. It brighten up my day. Up next after the break was the most unexpected surprise by my whole class. We had mathematics on that day, and presentation was not needed, so we played a maths game instead with the facilitator. Almost as class was ending, Jingjie went to pick up a call outside the room, and Aaron went to the toilet, didn’t expect anything, because i didn’t find it weird. After everything, class ended earlier than usual, i was preparing to go off to the canteen and do my RJ and evaluations while waiting for Wika.

Me: “Eh rina want to go off already anot? I meeting my friends leh’
Rina: “Wait for awhile more la, i doing something leh”
Me: “Okay..” So i waited.

After awhile, Ming’er opened the classroom door, and to my surprise, Jingjie was holding a cake in his hands together with Aaron! And they all sang the birthday song. I almost teared, serious, i almost, i was super happy. Thanks to everyone E37k, especially JJ and Aaron! (: Really appreciated and love the surprise! Oh so now i realised, no wonder no one talked to me in msn today huh, so there was a plan. Hahaha! Photos;

Next stop, after eating the cake and everything, I went on to do my RJ and evaluation in the canteen together with Joanna while waiting for Wika to fetch me. Joanna accompanied me. How nice of her, it was my birthday what. Hahaha! Thanks Jo!

I serious thought that it’s just going to be me, wika and the restaurant that she said she’s bringing me to, but i didn’t know where it was. She said it was sembawang park. So we cabbed down, and to my surprise, i saw Tom, Engkiong and Jiaming barbeque-ing! I was like laughing and laughing la. So it’s just the 5 of us. After that more and more people appeared. Ha, and i was really really super duper happy to see them. Had those laughter like the old times, and they really entertained me. I’m lucky to have such friends, really i am. (: Thankyou, Tom, Engkiong, Jiaming, Junyong, Junhao, Adeline, Joanna, Jazreel, Shinying, and definitely Jessica and Wika! They’re the best one would ever wish for in a friend.
